Atmosphere is food truck, so this what it is. I was brought up around authentic Mexican food(my best friend was from Mexico!) - not the Tex Mex junk. This place has the best food and best prices anywhere within a 20 mile radius. Matter of fact, I make it a point to drive here regardless of where I’m at. If you like authentic, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re more Tex Mex than stick to the Taco Bell junk.
The service was good however, these are the worst tacos I’ve ever had in my entire life. The carne asada is so hard my temples hurt from chewing. The food was partially cold. The salsa verde looks like sour cream with a quarter of an avocado mixed in. Terrible food.
Hands down the best birria quesadillas I’ve had! The tortillas were perfectly crisp, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Don't skip the consommé—it’s rich and seasoned just right for dipping. This food truck is a hidden gem. Great service and even better food
